I’ve invested/wasted several hours of my life coming to terms with Football Manager 2008 (or Worldwide Soccer Manager) and have identified the following players as stars of the future:

from experence henri Saivet and Bojan are the best together in football manager also mercelo from brzil under 21 and rafael sobis from real beats there are good mercelo with the right training can be a very good st, wbl, aml in the game

Luka Modric is sick on the game. Soon as you log in, put an offer of £3.8-£4.1m and it should be accepted. Offer double his asking. He can play left mid, centre mid, left attack, centre attack. He’s quality. Mamadou Sakho’s quite good. Henri Saivet is a monster. Sidnei from Internacional is alright, it takes time for him to learn. Set his training schedule differentally, put his new position as right back and send him on loan somewhere. When he comes back he’s quality. Signed him for £2.5m for Spurs, sent him on loan to Rotherham and when he came back, he was immense. Andy Carrol is good, use him as a sole striker tho or he’ll get selfish. IF you can get him, get Alexandre Pato from Milan. He is amazing! I played Milan in a pre-season friendly and lost 6-3. Pato scored 5 of them. Also get Wagner, can’t remember what team he’s from but that’s his only name and he’s an attacking midfielder. He’s too good. Got him for £5.2m which was a bargain and a half. He’s too good. Andrei Arshavin has on and off days. I play him right attacking mid. But mostly now I just use Aaron Lennon. He’s amazing too.
