As we all know Football Manager 2009 (FM09) is out although we are all having issues running the the bad boy.
Although it’s early days I thought it might be a good idea for us to try and identify who we think the new future wonderkids in FM09 are. I’m sure some of the wonderkids from FM08 will be there again (I’m thinking Saivet, Vela, Bojan etc) but I’m thinking we should be able to pull some new names out of the hat. That said feel free to throw in some of the old names in there but you get less kudos if you do.

Jordan henderson if looked after and can turn out to be one of the best, he is in the reserve squad for sunderland if just starting, i sighn him everytime and give him a second half run about anytime i can for the first season, and when his skills develop alow him full matches. he soon becomes a really great player

Need help, just finished my first season with Shamrock Rovers. In charge 6 months and have won the treble, season finishes in december (i.e summer season) but the problem i have is getting players to sign for the club. have an amazing offer for Davila (worth £1.1m), is transfer listed for £80,000 but can’t get him to sign and the board wont give me enough money for 50% of his wages for a loan deal, even though i can offer him more in a transfer. help? any ideas of small ways to convince players to sign for you? Thanks

No point in trying to get him buddy. U might aswel set ur sights on other strikers, chances are he wouldnt get a work permit anyways.. I’d recommend if atall possible try sign tom elliott from leeds. Or theo robinson from watford. Both destroy the irish league and there cheap. Good luck!

Just wanted to let u know i started a new game, second season got Marquinhos for blackpool in the championship and he scored 52 goals!! =) PURE CLASS!!!! Oh and I signed Colin Sheldon for 26K retrained him as a right back, he’s excellent, now worth 1.6M just dont know if he’s gonna do much in the premiership but im about to find out so i will keep u updated on that
